Electro-hydraulical Testing Machine to carry out the cupping test on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including:

• maximum drawing speed of 200 mm/min, controlled via proportional distributing valve with pressure balance
• infinitely variable blank holder force up to max. 1,000 kN, controlled by a proportional pressure regulating valve (clamping stroke 180 mm),
• bulge diameter of max. 200 mm,
• automatic test sequence with stop at specimen failure,
• digital display of drawing force and blank holder force,
• analogue outputs for drawing force and blank holder force,
• separate bulge oil feeding,
• tool change switch (key switch necessary for tool changing FLC test tools).

The Testing machine is provided for mounting a drawing die and a sheet holder plate according to Ord.-Nos. 1696.00.32 and 1697.00.32 and a FLC ball punch of 100 to 199 mm dia. according toOrd.-Nos. 1698.00.32 and 1699.00.32.

Hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic aggregate as well as the control devices are housed within the body of the machine (floor-mounted casing).The test area is secured by high-rigidity, transparent protective lids.
