For the BAKER APPLICATOR 286 doctor blade, the 4 gap heights result from the differently ground zero-levels of the support blocks at the ends. The height difference to the central cylinder (which is acting as the applicator edge) results in the respective gap height. By default, four clearance heights of 30, 60, 90 and 120 μm as well as 10 film widths from 25 to 250 mm are available. This device is corrosion resistant.
