Washability and Scrub Resistance Tester Model 494 MC
494 MC型耐洗刷性试验机(附带水平脚)的上盖板上放置有试验用的钢槽。此外，还配备了两个试片夹持装置。通过由微控制器操作的高精度步进电机，使保持/引导研磨体的驱动框架周期性地进行线性移动，具有较高的重复性。用于插入研磨体的旋转安装框架设计为最多可以容纳/引导三个研磨体。因此，最多可以进行三次平行的磨损测试。对于符合DIN EN ISO 11998标准的测试，必须安装提供的ISO适配器。通过键盘和6行显示器进行操作是非常舒适的，其功能包括： 1:
- 控制行程（启动、停止、复位）。
- 设置测试参数(冲程速度、冲程路径、双冲程数)
- 存储常用的测试序列（最多20组参数）。
目的和应用: 494 MC 型用于评估涂层（尤其是乳化漆和刷墙漆）的耐洗性、耐磨性和清洁性。由于参数可调范围很大很宽，所以该种测试仪还可用于其他个别特殊的试验项目（例如用于检验去污溶液）。
测试原理: 在标准应用中，亚光黑色的PVC箔将被涂上一层，如果需要的话，将以规定的方式弄脏。在夹入设备后，它将暴露在清洗液的影响下，移动擦洗体的压力。
